🌧️ *What Did the Prophet (PBUH) Do When It Rained?
🌿 *1. Supplicating for Beneficial Rain*
When rain began, the Prophet (peace be upon him) would say:
> “Allahumma sayyiban nafi‘an”
*(O Allah, make it a beneficial rain.)*
This supplication is recorded in Sahih al-Bukhari (Hadith 1032). [1]
🌧️ *2. Exposing Himself to the Rain*
The Prophet (peace be upon him) would expose part of his body to the rain, allowing it to fall upon him. When asked why, he replied:
> “Because it has just come from the Exalted Lord.”
This is narrated in Sahih Muslim (Hadith 2080). [2]
🙏 *3. Offering the Istisqa (Rain) Prayer*
During times of drought, the Prophet (peace be upon him) would perform the Istisqa prayer, seeking rain from Allah. He would:
- Go to the prayer area (Musalla)
- Face the Qibla
- Turn his cloak inside out
- Offer two units of prayer (Rak'ahs)

☔ *4. Advising to Pray at Home During Heavy Rain*
On cold, rainy nights, the Prophet (peace be upon him) would instruct the caller to prayer (Mu'adhdhin) to announce:

🌧️ *بارش کے وقت نبی کریم ﷺ کیا کرتے تھے؟*
🌿 *1. مفید بارش کی دعا کرنا*
جب بارش شروع ہوتی، تو نبی کریم ﷺ فرماتے:
> “اللَّهُمَّ صَيِّبًا نَافِعًا”
*(اے اللہ! اسے فائدہ مند بارش بنا دے)*
یہ دعا صحیح بخاری (حدیث 1032) میں مذکور ہے۔ [1]
🌧️ *2. بارش کو اپنے جسم پر لینا*
نبی کریم ﷺ بارش کے دوران اپنے جسم کا کچھ حصہ کھول دیتے تاکہ بارش ان پر پڑے۔ جب اس کی وجہ پوچھی گئی تو فرمایا:
> “یہ میرے رب کے پاس سے ابھی آئی ہے۔”
یہ حدیث صحیح مسلم (حدیث 2080) میں روایت ہے۔ [2]
🙏 *3. نماز استسقاء ادا کرنا*
قحط کے وقت، نبی کریم ﷺ بارش کے لیے نماز استسقاء ادا کرتے۔ اس میں آپ:
- نماز کے میدان (مصلیٰ) جاتے
- قبلہ رخ ہوتے
- اپنی چادر کو الٹا کرتے
- دو رکعت نماز ادا کرتے
یہ اعمال صحیح بخاری (کتاب 17، احادیث 125-142) میں مذکور ہیں۔ [3]
☔ *4. شدید بارش میں گھر پر نماز پڑھنے کی اجازت دینا*
سرد اور بارش والی راتوں میں، نبی کریم ﷺ مؤذن کو حکم دیتے کہ اعلان کرے:
> “نماز اپنے گھروں میں پڑھو۔”
یہ رعایت ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما کی روایت میں مذکور ہے۔ [4]

🌧️ *Barish ke Waqt Nabi ﷺ Kya Karte The? (Roman Urdu)*
🌿 *1. Faida Mand Barish ki Dua*
Jab barish shuru hoti, to Nabi ﷺ farmate:
> “Allahumma sayyiban nafi‘an”
*(Aey Allah! Isay faida mand barish bana de)*
Yeh dua Sahih Bukhari (Hadith 1032) mein hai. [1]
🌧️ *2. Barish ko Jism par Lena*
Nabi ﷺ barish ke doran apne jism ka kuch hissa khol dete takay barish unpar pare. Jab wajah puchi gayi to farmaya:
> “Yeh mere Rab ke paas se abhi aayi hai.”
Yeh hadith Sahih Muslim (Hadith 2080) mein riwayat hai. [2]
🙏 *3. Namaz-e-Istisqa Ada Karna*
Qahat ke waqt, Nabi ﷺ barish ke liye Namaz-e-Istisqa ada karte. Is mein aap:
- Namaz ke maidan (Musalla) jate
- Qibla rukh hote
- Apni chadar ko ulta karte
- Do rakat namaz ada karte
